We typically use virtualized server environments that enable your system to be up and running again after a major disaster within an hour. If a ready-to-go secondary host is used, we can have you running again almost instantaneously. We also specialize in Terminal Server environments that allow you to consolidate your workstation setup. If not using a Terminal Server, we can still help you with Remote Desktop access for staff who work outside of the office. With Roaming Profiles your staff can log into any available workstation and this also helps to ensure that all user settings and documents are always backed up.
For those who say that uptime counts, we offer all-inclusive monthly service contracts for a fixed price per month. When we initially start working with your organization we will assess your needs and the type of software and equipment necessary to succeed.
